In order to maintain product quality, safety, and efficacy during distribution, Good Distribution & Storage Practices are strictly adhered to with the support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Storage and transportation of health products and technologies are carried out in accordance to the specified conditions, as evidenced by stability data.

Wega healthcare has a department that specializes and maintains a single safety database that monitors the medicine safety to ensure patient safety. The safety professionals identify, monitor, analyze and report potential risks associated with the use of our portfolio. We strive to nurture healthy communities in the region, through our portfolio and beyond – putting patients at the heart of everything, we do.
The packaging of Wega Healthcare portfolio is a real link between the prescription and the patient. The outer packaging has a universal and simple pictorial language of its medicines for both the patients and the pharmacists. It also incorporates braille for the blind, dosing instruction on the front cover and basic information on the back cover to ensure that the medicine is taken safely and easily.
Any medicine, no matter how good the quality, can sometimes cause side effects. If you suspect to be experiencing a side effect, adverse event or unexpected reaction from our portfolio, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible (ASAP). They will advise you what to do. You do not have to be sure; you just need to be suspicious!

We encourage the patient and the caregiver to engage their doctor on matters of health, pharmacist concerning health product and technologies and attend health educative talks (HET). The healthcare professionals, whom we collaborate with, rely on our experience, skills and resources to provide the patient with smooth sessions that incorporate humanity, empathy, compassion and dignity.
We focus on fulfilling this by becoming a regional health partner, in addressing unmet needs and increasing the reach of the patient and the caregiver to their healthcare provider.
