Directorship:
The Board of Directors (BOD) has six seasoned pharmaceutical directors known for their entrepreneurial and pragmatic leadership style. The members have compelling records of accomplishment of growing businesses in the life sciences, biologics and generic drug sectors. They bring over one and a half decades of experience, are passionate about people and culture and have reputations for building talented teams that achieve remarkable results.
Leadership & Executive Teams:
The Leadership & Executive Teams consist of the right blend of skills required to drive the company to archiving its vision. With their long careers in leadership roles and as senior pharmaceutical executives in various pharmaceutical companies, the teams provide broad and experienced knowledge to the business and industry as well as extensive scientific expertise.

Wega Healthcare Corporate Governance policies provide a comprehensive structure for best practices, thus highest standards achievable. We maintain compliance with these policies, ensuring the company acts ethically, lawfully and responsibly. There is great emphasis on integrity throughout our business – from technical aspects to the ways in which we manage our business.
The company has an “Open Door Policy” and every report of non-compliance is taken seriously.
As per Wega Healthcare Code of Conduct, we have a strict “Zero Tolerance Policy” which protects employees who report of a potential violation.

Protecting our Planet:
We support PPB, NEMA and community pharmacies through their professional organizations, to ensuring pharmaceutical waste is disposed appropriately. The aim is to minimize the negative impact chemical waste has on nature, as we are mindful of the environment.
